Welcome to MyWireless.net. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our wireless internet services and website. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Agreement

MyWireless.net provides wireless internet service using cellular networks. This agreement covers your use of our service, equipment, and support. By activating service, you agree to all terms outlined in this document.

2. Billing and Payments

• Service is billed monthly in advance
• Bills are delivered electronically via email
• Payment is due on your monthly billing date
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• A valid payment method must be kept on file
• Late fees may apply to overdue balances

3. No Long-Term Contract

MyWireless.net operates on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contracts required. You may cancel at any time with 30 days notice. Payment is required through the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial months.

4. Equipment

• Equipment is purchased outright at the time of service activation
• You are responsible for the care and maintenance of your equipment
• Equipment is not covered under warranty after purchase
• Do not modify, tamper with, or reset the SIM card
• Damage or tampering may result in additional fees

5. Service Speeds and Availability

Internet speeds advertised are "up to" speeds and are not guaranteed. Actual speeds depend on:

• Your geographic location and distance from cell towers
• Network congestion and time of day
• Weather conditions and terrain
• Building materials and modem placement
• The number of devices connected

If speeds are consistently below acceptable levels, we may offer an external antenna upgrade (additional charges may apply).

6. Data Usage

Our service includes unlimited data for normal household usage. However, excessive or abnormal usage that negatively impacts network performance may result in speed throttling or service review. Examples of prohibited usage include:

• Running commercial servers or data centers
• Reselling or redistributing the service
• Peer-to-peer file sharing that affects network performance
• Any illegal activities

7. Service Coverage

Wireless service requires your equipment to be within range of cellular transmission signals. Coverage is affected by network capacity, terrain, buildings, foliage, and weather. We cannot guarantee service in all locations.

8. Cancellation

To cancel service, contact us via email at or call with at least 30 days notice. You are responsible for payment through the end of your current billing cycle. Reactivation after cancellation may require new activation fees.

9. Service Termination by MyWireless.net

We may limit, suspend, or terminate service without notice for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Non-payment or fraud
• Illegal use of service
• Reselling or unauthorized redistribution
• Usage that negatively affects the network
• Harassment of company representatives
• Equipment tampering or modification

10. Limitation of Liability

MyWireless.net provides service "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for service interruptions, speed fluctuations, or data loss. Our liability is limited to direct damages only. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.

11. Third-Party Services

Third-party applications and services accessed through our internet connection are not our responsibility. Voice-over-IP services, including 911, may not function as expected. We are not liable for any issues with third-party services.

12. Government Taxes and Fees

You are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. These may include Federal Universal Service fees and other regulatory charges.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by federal law and the laws of the State of Alabama. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
